ZF bietet hierf\u00fcr als Standardprodukte L\u00f6sungen auf Basis der Hall- und der Reed-Technologie an.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=&#8221;Default&#8221; heading_tag=&#8221;h5&#8243; heading_tag_functionality=&#8221;default&#8221; title=&#8221;Hall oder Reed?&#8221;][vc_column_text text_direction=&#8221;default&#8221;]\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<span class=\"fontstyle0\">Obwohl beide Sensorarten die Ann\u00e4herung von Magneten detektieren, unterscheiden sich die Funktionsprinzipien grunds\u00e4tzlich. <\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"fontstyle0\">Hallsensoren sind Halbleiterelemente (Festk\u00f6rper) deren Ausgangssignal sich gegen\u00fcber einem Magneten ver\u00e4ndert. <\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> <span class=\"fontstyle0\">Reedsensoren dagegen sind elektrisch gesehen Schalter, bei denen sich zwei feine Kontakte in einer Vakuumglasr\u00f6hre befinden, die sich gegen\u00fcber einem Magnetfeld entweder \u00f6ffnen oder schlie\u00dfen.<\/span><br \/>\nIn vielen Applikationen k\u00f6nnten beide Sensorarten verwendet werden, aber es gibt auch Anwendungen in denen eine Technologie der anderen vorzuziehen ist.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Ein Hall Sensor k\u00f6nnte bei den folgenden Anforderungen einem Reed Sensor vorgezogen werden:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Unbegrenzte Lebensdauer: <span class=\"fontstyle0\">F\u00fcr Hallsensoren spricht die nahezu unbegrenzte Lebensdauer, z.B. zur Erfassung eines rotierenden Magneten, der millionenfach am Sensor vorbeif\u00e4hrt. <\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"fontstyle0\">Reedsensoren haben ebenfalls eine sehr hohe Lebensdauer, verglichen mit anderen elektromechanischen L\u00f6sungen, aber den bauartbedingten Vorteil der extrem hohe Lebenserwartung eines Hallsensoren erreichen sie nicht.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Ihre Anwendung kann keine Kontaktunzustellbarkeit tolerieren.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Hallsensoren sind beispielsweise pr\u00e4destiniert f\u00fcr Zahnrad- oder Drehzahlerfassung w\u00e4hrend Reedsensoren auf bin\u00e4re Positionsabfragen begrenzt sind<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Ein Reed Sensor k\u00f6nnte bei den folgenden Anforderungen einem Hall Sensor vorgezogen werden:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sie haben eine 2-Draht-Anwendung, die keinen Strom ben\u00f6tigt (vielleicht um Batteriestrom zu sparen).<\/li>\n<li>Sie ben\u00f6tigen Unempfindlichkeit gegen EMV und haben einen niedrigen Zielpreis niedriges Kursziel<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Ein weiterer Einsatzbereich f\u00fcr die Reedtechnologie sind Anwendungen deren Versorgungsspannung au\u00dferhalb des f\u00fcr Hall \u00fcblichen Bereichs von 5\u201324VDC liegt. Hier k\u00f6nnen Reedsensoren auch Schwachstromanwendungen mit 110VDC effektiv schalten.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=&#8221;Default&#8221; heading_tag=&#8221;h5&#8243; heading_tag_functionality=&#8221;default&#8221; title=&#8221;Reed Sensoren&#8221;][vc_column_text text_direction=&#8221;default&#8221;]<strong>Reed Sensoren sind in unterschiedlichen Kontaktkonfigurationen erh\u00e4ltlich:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Schlie\u00dfer (Form A) <\/strong>Bei Ann\u00e4herung eines Magnetfeldes schlie\u00dft der Kontakt<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00d6ffner (Form B) <\/strong>Bei Ann\u00e4herung eines Magnetfeldes \u00f6ffnet der Kontakt<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wechsler (Form C) <\/strong>In Ruhestellung ist Anschluss COM mit dem Anschluss NC verbunden. N\u00e4hert sich ein Magnetfeld, wird der Kontakt zwischen COM und NC getrennt und zwischen COM und NC geschlossen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=&#8221;Default&#8221; heading_tag=&#8221;h5&#8243; heading_tag_functionality=&#8221;default&#8221; title=&#8221;Polarit\u00e4t&#8221;][vc_column_text text_direction=&#8221;default&#8221;]<span class=\"fontstyle0\">Die meisten hall-basierenden Standardsensoren von ZF sind unipolar und schalten gegen den S\u00fcdpol des Magneten. <\/span><br \/>\nEs gibt folgende Ausnahmen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MP100105 und MP100106, welche GMR Sensorelemente verwenden und die omnipolar sind. Bei asymmetrischen Zielen mit schmalen Z\u00e4hnen im Verh\u00e4ltnis zum Abstand zwischen den Z\u00e4hnen ist die Zeit zwischen der ansteigenden und der abfallenden Kante des Zahnes der entscheidende Faktor. ZF Sensoren haben eine maximale Reaktionszeit von etwas 10 \u03bcs (MP Serie) bis etwa 50 \u03bcs (GS Serie) bedingt durch die Reaktionszeit des Hall-Elementes. <span class=\"fontstyle0\">Wenn die ben\u00f6tigte Reaktionszeit sehr nahe an diesen Grenzen liegt, kann dies zu unerwarteten Ergebnissen, wie unerfassten Zahnimpulsen, f\u00fchren.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"fontstyle0\">Anders als bei passiven Drehzahlsensoren, den sogenannten VR-Sensoren (variable Reluktanz), ist die Ausgangsamplitude der ZF GS-Sensoren unabh\u00e4ngig von der Eingangsfrequenz (Drehzahl). <\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"fontstyle0\">Das bedeutet, dass der Sensor grunds\u00e4tzlich keiner Mindestdrehzahl bedarf.
